The laying of the first of Peter Chai, held February 22, 2011 fixed the starting point of an overall project and enverdure, defined in three division:
- The winery: modern production equipment and functional.
- Castle: 4 Etoille rehabilitated into a hotel for the season 2013.
- Les caves troglodytes : travaux de remises en valeur d'une partie des caves réservée à la visite et à l'espace dégustation.
